WOMEN’S FINANCIAL LITERACY COURSE
OPEN TO 20 ORANGE COUNTY WOMEN INTERESTED IN TAKING CONTROL OF THEIR LIVES!
Course Description
Literacy Orange is proud to announce its first WOMEN AND FINANCIAL LITERACY class of 2016. Literacy Orange will conduct classes featuring experienced professionals with expertise in financial planning, insurance, real estate investments and more.
Our Financial Literacy classes will cover all the information needed to take control of your financial future, from banking basics to budgeting tips, and will feature local financial professionals and course alumni who will share their expertise and experiences with you. Building wealth is not just for the well-to-do. By using the Hands-On Banking modules participants will become empowered and mindful shoppers, learn how to buy a home to grow their money and learn how to budget so they can stay in their home.
Fee
$30 fee required for the defensive driver materials
Tuition covered by foundation grants for qualified applicants!
Course Schedule
Classes will meet once monthly on a Wednesday, 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
January 27, February 24, March 23, April 27, and May 25
A defensive driving course will be conducted on a Saturday in April, from 9:00 – 3:30

Minimum age of 18, possess a valid driver license and have a
willingness to take action towards financial
