DESCRIPTION:Vanessa's Cake Designs is pleased to announce that internationally reknown Argentinian sugar artists Maria and Gabriel Castro are coming to Warwick NY.  These amazing duo will be teaching an incredible class packed with hand modeling techniques\, gravity defying structural techniques\, airbrushing techniques and more using gumpaste\, fondant and modeling chocolate. Instructors will demonstrate how to shape the burger and drink in real cake while students get to shape and cover a styrofoam version so they can take home and use as reference. Students will learn how to hand model french fries\, burger with lettuce\, tomatoes and cheese as well as how to make the ketchup and straw with edible images. Airbrushing techniques to bring the entire piece to life will also be taught. All tools and materials will be provided\, just come ready to learn!
