DESCRIPTION:Katarina Riesing\, a multi-media artist working in photography\, drawing\,\n\n\n\nvideo\, and fiber will present a gallery talk on Sunday\, March 8th at 3:00pm in celebration\n\n\n\nof International Women's Day. Riesing will discuss her process\, work\, and the parallels she\n\n\n\nhas encountered between Seligmann's work and her own. She holds a BA from Smith College and\n\n\n\nan MFA from the University of Wisconsin Madison. Her work has been exhibited in New York\,\n\n\n\nOregon\, Tennessee\, Wisconsin\, Massachusetts\, and Berlin\, Germany. Riesing is currently an\n\n\n\nAssistant Professor in Foundations Art at Alfred University in Alfred\, NY. She lives and\n\n\n\nworks in western New York.
