DESCRIPTION:Wednesdays\, January 15\, 22\, 29 and Thursday\, February 6\, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM via Zoom Our Level 1 Dialogue Series utilizes both Essential Partners' Reflective Structured Dialogue (RSD) framework and the discussion guide\, Toward a More Perfect Union in An Age of Diversity from Everyday Democracy\, a national leader in civic participation and community change. Each session is focused on a theme and structured to create group experiences that help us see those who are different\, not through the lens of a label\, but as human beings with many stories. Led by trained peer facilitators\, the series uses a variety of exercises to teach participants strategies for improved communication and finding common ground. Small groups of 8-10 people meet on January 15\, 22\, 29 and February 6 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. via zoom.
