DESCRIPTION:We find ourselves amidst a great transformation\, personally and globally. In a time where social isolation and division has become the norm\, we're starving to feel a sense of belonging. This is an undeniable intrinsic need that runs through all of us. Women are the ones that forge a path toward true connection\, intimacy\, and acceptance. As women\, we have the power to create this for ourselves and our community. When women intentionally gather\, it gives life to an atmosphere of connection that reverberates far and wide. \n\n \n\nEach month\, around the new moon\, we will come together to move through suggested topics & prompts surrounding spirituality\, womanhood and community. Each gathering will begin with a guided meditation or reading to connect us to Source and anchor us in our heart-spaces. We will then open the circle for discussion as an opportunity to share (within a designated time) in a safe\, non-hierarchical\, non-judgmental setting with other women. \n\n \n\nTopics:\n\nSunday Oct. 3rd "Setting Boundaries"\n\nSunday Nov. 7th "Life Changes & Shifts"\n\nSunday Dec. 5th "Recalling the Inner-Child"\n\n \n\n**prompts will be provided at the beginning of our gathering** \n\n \n\nNo cost! LOCATION:24 Main Street Suite #3\, Warwick\, NY The studio is located on Main Street above Frazzleberries. The main entrance is to the right of Frazzleberries with access via a one flight walk-up. Studio entrance will be on your left at the top of the stairs\, next to the restrooms. Yoga props and mats are available.
