About Us:
Raven Lake Studio is a boutique style custom fabrication shop located in Warwick, NY that works with artists, local businesses and large corporations custom designing and creating everything from dimensional signage to experiential graphics, brand events and so much more.
Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper looking for flexible Part-time work? Raven Lake Studio is seeking a skilled individual to join our growing team as a Part-time Bookkeeper for 2 days per week (these 2 days per week are also flexible, and not set days at this time!).
Responsibilities:
As our Part-time Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining general ledger entries
- Preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assisting in budgeting and financial forecasting
- Collaborating with our team to ensure accurate project costing and billing
- Assisting with payroll processing and tax filings
- Handling other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with a strong background in bookkeeping and finance (5+ years minimum), who can work independently and efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance-related role
- Proficiency in using bookkeeping software and MS Excel
- Knowledge of sign shop operations, graphics printing, or fabrication processes (not required, but a definite plus!)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with our team

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
