5 Hour Pre-Licensing Class
The 5 Hour Pre-Licensing class is held every Wednesday night at the Monroe office. Students must bring a New York State Leaners Permit to Class. The Student will receive their 5 Hour Certificate MV-278 at the end of the class. This certificate is mandatory to take a road test.
