AMBA Wellness Program
AMBA is a blood analysis event that is sponsored by the Warwick Lions Club. AMBA blood panel includes 35 tests for $35.00 a person. This event gives people the opportunity to work with their doctor to review the results of their tests. Doctors script needed. To make an appointment call 1-800-234-8888 Mon. - Fri. 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Please provide your physician's name and address at time of call. .
