Crystal Healing & Energy Balancing Workshop

In TCM (traditional chinese medicine) the Fall season is associated with the Lung & Large Intestine Meridians. These energy lines, and physical organs, regulate our elimination processes. In Autumn, we discover more about ourselves, perhaps, than in any other season. Fall marks the end of Summer's outward-expansion, and asks us to reflect, turn-inward, and refrain from over-exerting ourselves. It's a time to let things fall away and break old patterns. 
 

Join two intuitive ladies for an evening of relaxation and wellness! 
 

Jenni, from Lotus Moon Rising, will lead us through a beautiful explanation of the metaphysical properties of crystals so that we can experience a joyous season. She'll also be incorporating her knowledge of the chakras and native wisdom as they relate to Fall. Kate, owner of Receptive Giving, will then guide us through a soothing, meditative yin yoga practice for the Lung & Large Intestine Meridians.
