United Martial Arts Centers feels strongly about helping the children of our community.  65% of all children are bullied in school.  The UMAC BULLY PROOF WORKSHOPS will prepare your child on how to deal with bullies.

Instead let’s help them make something of their lives through awareness, confident body language and powerful words. Kids need to become more self confident and not be an easy target for bullies. I've been there; I've walked a mile in their shoes and I know their pain. What they need is to hear from someone they trust and someone who has been there to say –
"You are Confident. You are In Control. You are Bully Proof!"
