Kate will be guiding the group through a relaxing, yin yoga sequence, while Ashley offers gentle assists, hand-massage, and reflexology complementary to the poses. Treat yourself to a calm, nourishing evening of reflection and rejuvenation. The Full Moon on Friday November 19th will be a Partial Lunar Eclipse visible in North America. Eclipses are portals for transformation! They offer an opportunity for us to reset so that we can grow more fully into ourselves.
