About Us
Greenwood Lake Theater is Orange County's only Equity Professional Theater company, which had its humble beginnings in New York City as Mercia Entertainment in 2011. In 2013 the company was awarded non-profit status and over the last 8 years has produced fundraisers, cabarets, readings, outdoor Shakespeare, and our 4th summer musical here in Orange County. Once the company shifted to Orange County, NY it was renamed and rebranded as Greenwood Lake Theater to better reflect the community.
