About Us

The Howard Hanna Rand Realty Warwick office is situated in a historic train station in the center of Warwick’s enchanting village. We enjoy a prime location surrounded by lovely parks, delightful eateries and eclectic shops. The agents in the office come from various backgrounds and have anywhere from a few months in the real estate business to over four decades of experience. We enjoy a culture that has a “family feel” where agents offer encouragement and assistance to each other whenever needed. Our management and administrative team work together seamlessly to provide our agents with the ongoing support and training they need so they can stay on top of the latest technologies, market trends and adapt to the changing real estate market with ease. We strongly believe in giving back to our community so we consistently hold fundraising events throughout the year to support various local causes such as Hudson Valley Making Strides and the local food pantry. Additionally, many of our agents individually volunteer for several community organizations such as the local Chamber of Commerce, Warwick Historical Society, Albert Wisner Public Library and Meals on Wheels to name a few. We love where we live and where we work, and we have a passion for sharing our enthusiasm of what this area has to offer with all of our clients.
