With a passion for great places to work and thriving careers, she has a keen interest in positive psychology and the neuroscience of leadership. She has a B.F.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.A. from The University of New Haven in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has held leadership positions in many industries, profit and non-profit, with additional experience in small business consulting.
Her strengths in organizational development are in areas such as critical thinking, decision making, communication, employee engagement, team effectiveness, employee learning, work performance, change management and leadership coaching.
She has numerous certifications, and experience as an adjunct professor teaching Organizational Psychology and The Psychology of Judgement and Decision Making and the creator and co-host of the podcast, “Best Friends @ Work."
