The dinner begins at 6:30 with a toast to the evening and cured meats from the Quaker Creek Store along with cheeses and local apples. The dinner will be served fireside in the "Tap Room". A different craft beer will be paired with each course. The menu is available at http://www.ironforgeinn.com
