Join Museum Village as we once again pay tribute to the many men who fought in this Great War and the lives lost. There will be various demonstrations of military life and equipment. You will be able to witness several re-enactors representing this very noteworthy time period in our history. New Jersey Field Music Group will play drum & bugle music, Author John Vliet will talk about “The Evolution of Chemical Warfare”, Author Kevin Fitzpatrick will discuss his latest book “World War I New York: A Guide to the City’s Enduring Ties to the Great War", Vivian Davis will talk about her research on the women's paramilitary venture Camp Hewitt and discuss how the contributions of women during the preparedness movement of 1915-1917, Kevin Titus will be portraying Woodrow Wilson and will give a speech about the end of the war/armistice.
