Come find your village. Motherhood can be daunting and lonely even with the best outside support and day to day life with a newborn can really be only understood by someone else with a newborn. Adjust to motherhood with other moms in a supportive environment with structured meaningful weekly discussions. Topics of discussion will be: how has life changed since birth, expectations of yourself, body image and birth, balancing work and baby, co-parenting with your partner, dealing with fussing and crying, etc. Max 10 adults. Pre-walking babies welcome.
