The 5 Hour Pre-Licensing class is held every Wednesday night at 5:00 at the Monroe Office. The student must bring their New York State Leaner's Permit to class. The Student will receive their 5 Hour Pre-Licensing certificate MV-278 at the end of the class. This certificate is mandatory to tale a road test.
