Childbirth Prep Express

A unique blend of Bradley, hypnobabies, and Birthing from Within philosophies. You will learn what normal labor and birth looks like and its variations, how to tell when you are in labor, the various ways you can prepare for it, what the baby experiences during and right after birth (physiologically and standard newborn care procedures) and how your choice of setting and provider impacts your overall experience. Max 5 couples per group.
