CrossFit Warwick/Hudson Valley Haganah Self-Defense Seminar

Haganah Self-Defense Seminar will include:

-Hand-to-hand-combat
-Ground fighting
-Multiple Attackers
-Gun and Knife disarms using the F.I.G.H.T System

Haganah?s FI.G.H.T. System is combat-proven and designed for worst-case scenarios, when escaping from a situation may not be a viable option.
