Leadership Lunch and Learn with Lorin Mask

Members! Join us for a Lunch and Learn with Lorin Mask. In this one-hour workshop, 'Leader Philosophy: My Leadership Compass,' participants will craft their authentic leadership philosophy to clarify their values, expectations, and leadership approach. By developing a written leadership compass, they will gain a guiding framework that fosters consistency, trust, and alignment with their teams. Participants will receive a workbook and access to example templates to help them create a shareable one-page document after the session.
Catering will be provided by Eddie's Roadhouse, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
