Rise and Shine Yoga is a unique, soul-nourishing experience held in our peaceful center, with beautiful views of our horses and the natural world. This class is open to all levels?no experience needed. Come as you are, breathe deeply, move with intention, and let Trish help you rise into your day with clarity and joy. Bring your favorite yoga mat or use one of ours! A limited supply of bolsters and straps will also be available.
