The Shelter Cup - from Shelter to Forever

The Shelter Cup – From Shelter to Forever is a student-led community event taking place April 25, 2026 at Goshen High School Coliseum. The event features a 5v5 varsity soccer tournament with District 9 athletes alongside a dog adoption area supporting the Hudson Valley SPCA – Orange County. Local businesses, raffles, and family-friendly activities will help create a fun community atmosphere while raising awareness and funds for a local no-kill animal shelter. The project began with a National Junior Honor Society grant and has grown into a community-wide effort highlighting youth leadership, volunteerism, and collaboration between students, families, and local organizations working together for a meaningful cause.
