Our Beertenders are quick with a pour from the tap or a cocktail shaker. They guide our guests through our diverse beverage menu, cutting-edge draft beverage selections and hand-crafted cocktails.
The Tap Room is the focal point of our Brewery, so our Beertenders must take pride in providing attentive, friendly and clean/sanitary service that ensures our guests feel valued and well taken care of, which contributes to guest loyalty.
Beertenders are expected to:
· Greet customers, and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout their experience.
· Accurately take beverage orders, correctly using our POS system.
· Understand and communicate what’s on the cocktail menu/BEER, answering questions customers might have, and making recommendations on menu selections to customers if necessary.
- be attentive, friendly & able to read your guests.
·Be willing to work flexible hours that may include weekends and holidays, Thursday through Sunday.
· Be punctual and reliable, showing up for your shifts as scheduled.
· Maintain a positive attitude, even under pressure. Patience with customers and coworkers is a must, particularly during busy rushes.
Job Types: Part-time (mostly Saturdays and Sundays)
Salary: $13.00 per hour plus tips
