FREE 8 week virtual Beginner Running Training Plan: The program will consist of basic run training, periodization, strength training, injury prevention discussions, and customized training plan.
June 15th- August 8th (8 weeks)
Confluence Running will begin hosting 1 zoom session/week
Zoom check in meeting once a week to go over training and running fundamentals.
Participants will be sent a weekly zoom invitation after they signup with the appropriate link.
Confluence Running will recommend and encourage different locations for participants to discover.
