Executive pastry chef, Jean-Claude Sanchez, hails from Bayonne, France, the "chocolate capital" of the country. Jean-Claude quickly rose to prominence as the Executive Pastry Chef in such prestigious New York City establishments as The Rainbow Room, The River Club, Les Friandises, and Les Bernardins. Jean-Claude and his wife, Annette, met on a wine tour in the Sonoma Valley of California. The rest is history!
